Midbar Registration is OPEN!!!

Registration Fee & Invoices

We will invoice families a ONE time $25.00 registration fee per child. Please pay prior to attending. Weekly invoices will be sent out prior to start date for scheduled attendance. We thank you in advance for your prompt payments. 

It gives us great pleasure to introduce our Distance Learning Day Camp to the community. 

Fusion Sports League, LLC. strives to make your child's experience the best they have ever had. Our Staff are excited to welcome back our past campers and are looking forward to meeting our new ones. Through all the change in 2020, health and family have become more precious than ever. While schooling in 2020-2021 will be one more challenge to meet, we're ready to help you and your child by providing a safe place for their social, emotional, and academic development to continue. Since every school has their own learning path, we've added flexible enrollment options to meet your family's needs. Whether you choose to enroll with us full-time or part-time, your child will be in a safe and loving quality program! 

Day Camp Fees:

Full Day- $40/ Daily Rate  (7am-6pm)

Half Day (AM)- $25/ Daily Rate (7am-1pm) 

Half Day (PM)- $25/ Daily Rate (12pm-6pm)

*Full Day Weekly Rate - $200/ Week (7am-6pm) *$170/ Week

*15% Discount applies to Full Day Weekly Registration

10% Discount for TEACHERS (valid identification required)

*Registration includes all activities and snack(s) daily. 

*There is a ONE time Registration fee of $25 per child. This fee will be invoiced at the time of registration. (Fee is non-refundable) 

*10% Sibling Discount

*** It would be very beneficial for families to send School's online instructions/ schedule  with your child to camp. We will make sure all campers log in and complete distance learning  instruction and homework daily. ***

TEAMS Fees:

Full Day- $40/ Daily Rate  (6am-6pm)

Half Day (AM)- $25/ Daily Rate (6am-12pm) 

Half Day (PM)- $25/ Daily Rate (11am-5pm)

Early Bird-$5/ Daily Rate (6am-7:45am)

After School- $12/ Daily Rate (3pm-6pm)

To register for our Before & After Care Program, please click on After Care tab. This will allow you to complete the registration process while we remain in Phase II.

We understand choosing child care can be a challenge at these unprecedented times. We want the process to be simple, and we want you to be confident in your decision. 

We are currently finalizing the details and look forward to sharing with you soon. We will be emailing you a "What to Expect" letter prior to start date.

TEAMS 2020/ 2021

We would  like to send a special thank you to  our Host Sites for the AMAZING opportunity to serve their  families. We are grateful for our Partnership and look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Dress Code for TEAMS

Dear Families, 

We will require all students attending TEAMS to come in school uniform. They will also be required to wear a solid colored cloth mask while in our care. We will follow all school Policy & Procedures while we remain in hybrid schedules. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY!!!
